We are seeking a dedicated Team Co-ordinator to provide administrative and organisational support to our Investigators and assist in coordinating corporate activities. The successful candidate will report to an Assessment Manager or an Assistant Ombudsman.

Role Overview
Your responsibilities will include supporting investigative teams, engaging with internal and external stakeholders, and participating in casework decisions to ensure organisations respond appropriately to complaints. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the implementation of recommendations and improving service delivery for the public.
