ROLE: Sales Executive / Business Development Manager
You will focus on driving new business in the manufacturing, retail, and hospitality sectors. You will take the lead in generating your own leads, supported by the internal sales team, targeting regional and local accounts. This dynamic, field-based role is perfect for a motivated sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment, building relationships and securing high-value deals. You will proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities with regional and local accounts.
Build strong client relationships through field-based sales activities.
Achieve structured sales targets by securing contracted/managed service deals.
Collaborate on team-based tender projects to win high-value contracts.
EXPERIENCE: Sales Executive / Business Development Manager
You will have proven sales success against targets in industries such as FM, Facilities Management, Alarm, Laundry, Fire, Merchant Services, FMCG, Washroom, Clinical/Confidential Waste, Shredding, Courier Services, Waste Management, Recycling, Security, Capital Equipment, Outsourcing, Pest Control, Hygiene Services, Textiles, Workwear, Contract Cleaning, Catering, Maintenance Contracts, or Advertising Services. Evidence of consistent performance and stability in business development roles (e.g., commission slips, performance tables, awards, or brag file).
Preference for experience in selling contracted/managed services over one-off product sales.
A valid UK driving licence is required for this role as you will be covering East London Area.
