You’ll become part of a team at the heart of the operation, working alongside the team responsible for delivering airline operations for pilots and cabin crew. Your role will involve utilising resources efficiently, ensuring compliance with legal and industrial agreements, meeting budgetary restrictions, and maintaining outstanding customer service.
As our TOCC operates 24/7, 365 days a year, the role will be shift-based, covering a combination of day (7:30am - 7:30pm) and night (7:30pm - 7:30am) shifts, which may include weekends and bank holidays. Shift patterns are subject to change based on business needs.

About the Job
* Be the first point of contact for both the Flight Deck and Cabin crew community within TUI Airways.
* Maintain and amend the live roster for crew communities, ensuring the flying programme is up-to-date.
* Collaborate closely with the Operations team and other key stakeholders within TUI.
About You
* Proven experience in a fast-paced operational environment.
* Experience working with policy and legislative agreements.
* A creative problem solver, capable of considering alternatives and making logical decisions.
* Comfortable working under pressure and in ambiguous situations.
* Previous customer service experience.
* Detail-oriented with excellent organisational skills.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence.
* Team player.
* An enthusiastic change advocate, suggesting improvements.
* Interest or experience in the Airline/Aviation industry is highly regarded.
