Role: Our client is looking to recruit an interim Recruiter for a 3 month temporary role. In this role you will be responsible for the following duties: * Manage the end-to-end recruitment process across multiple functions and business areas. * Partner with hiring managers to scope roles, draft job descriptions, and define requirements. * Source candidates using a variety of channels including LinkedIn, job boards, databases, and networking. * Screen CVs, conduct initial interviews/assessments, and present shortlists to hiring managers. * Coordinate and manage the interview process, ensuring a smooth candidate and stakeholder experience. * Handle offer management, negotiations, and on boarding support for successful hires. * Provide market insights and recruitment metrics to stakeholders, ensuring timely updates and reporting.
