European Marketing & Business Development Coordinator
Location: London (Hybrid 3 days office / 2 days remote)Hours: Full-time, 35 hrs/week
Join a fast paced, collaborative Marketing & Business Development team supporting leading European practice groups. This role is ideal for a proactive, detail driven coordinator who enjoys creating high quality content, managing multiple projects, and working closely with lawyers and business services teams.
Key Responsibilities
* Produce tailored pitches, proposals, presentations, and other client-facing materials
* Support business development initiatives, research projects, and client targeting
* Assist with legal directory submissions (Chambers, Legal 500)
* Maintain practice experience, matter lists, and marketing collateral
* Coordinate seminars, webinars, and client events
* Identify speaking opportunities, awards, and thought leadership themes
* Support execution of practice and partner business plans
About You
* Bachelor's degree (or equivalent)
* 2+ years' experience in marketing or business development, ideally in professional services
* Strong writing skills and exceptional attention to detail
* Highly organised, reliable, and able to manage multiple deadlines
* Confident working with senior stakeholders and cross functional teams
* Skilled in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel (CRM experience a plus)
