Area Sales Manager Electrical Products Location: East Anglia
Salary: £35,000 £43,000 + Quarterly Commission + Company Car / Allowance + Benefits

The Company A leading electrical manufacturer with a strong UK reputation for quality, reliability and service is seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager to drive growth across the East Anglian region.
Supplying a broad portfolio of electrical products and solutions into electrical wholesalers, distributors and contractors, the business offers genuine long-term career development within a stable and expanding organisation.
The Role As Area Sales Manager, you will take ownership of an established territory, focusing on developing sales through electrical wholesalers and distribution partners while also creating pull-through demand with contractors and end users.
Key responsibilities include:
Managing and growing relationships with electrical wholesalers and distributors
Driving sales of electrical products, components and solutions across the region
Delivering product training, branch visits and joint customer calls
Identifying new business opportunities and increasing market share
Working closely with internal sales and technical teams
Reporting on pipeline, forecasts and regional activity
This is a field-based role with regular travel across East Anglia
Requirements Proven experience as an Area Sales Manager, Regional Sales Manager or Business Development Manager within the electrical industry
Strong track record of selling via electrical wholesalers or distributors
Knowledge of electrical products, lighting, cable management, wiring accessories, controls or similar
Excellent relationship-building and commercial skills
Self-motivated with strong territory management ability
Full UK driving licence
