Job Title: CNC Operator
Are you ready to take your career to the next level? As a CNC Operator, you will play a crucial role in our aerospace manufacturing team. You’ll operate CNC Machining Centers (Roders), conduct batch inspections, and prepare goods for shipment. Collaborating with engineers, you’ll help develop and enhance on-site processes while providing valuable feedback for continuous improvement.
Your Responsibilities
* Support production and development by building and maintaining production tooling.
* Work on tooling for exciting new products.
* Machine parts and ensure they meet exact specifications.
* Examine existing dies, tools, and fixtures, recommending design modifications for improved functionality.
* Develop specifications for manufacturing small parts based on general descriptions for specialty tooling.
* Set up and run machines in production, assist with machine repairs, and train co-workers on new tooling.
What You Bring
Essential Skills
* 2-5 years of experience as a CNC Machine Operator.
* Proficient in running, setting up, and programming CNC Machines.
* Skilled in using calipers, micrometers, and reading blueprints.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
* Experience with AutoCAD and EDM machines is a plus, but not required.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $49,920.00 - $54,080.00 per year.
