Job Description:
Role: Planning and Logistics Manager
Reports to: Senior Operations Manager
Location: Glebe Farm Foods Ltd.
You will be responsible for planning orders into the production schedule and managing logistics for pickups and deliveries to ensure timely and complete customer service. This includes liaising with third-party packers, maintaining stock levels in Sage 200, and coordinating with sales, logistics, and customs documentation.
Responsibilities:
1. Plan all orders into the production schedule to meet delivery deadlines.
2. Coordinate with third-party logistics providers to ensure timely delivery.
3. Maintain accurate stock records in Sage 200.
4. Communicate effectively with senior management, finance, sales, and logistics teams.
5. Handle customer delivery complaints and ensure customs documentation accuracy.
6. Perform other duties as required by the business.
Skills and Experience:
* Experience with Sage 200.
* Data analysis skills.
* Knowledge of BRC standards.
* Experience monitoring KPIs such as order in time and full, warehouse GMP audits, and order fulfillment.

* Self-motivated with a proactive attitude.
* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
