Role Summary:
Registered Manager (CQC Qualified)
Setting: New Adult Care Service
Focus: Supporting individuals with substance misuse and behavioural challenges
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the care team, including supervision, training, and performance management.
Ensure compliance with CQC or relevant regulatory body standards.
Develop, implement, and monitor care plans for residents.
Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation.
Oversee health and safety, safeguarding, and infection control procedures.
Manage budgets, resources, and staffing levels effectively.
Promote a positive culture and high-quality care within the service.
Handle complaints, incidents, and investigations professionally.
Liaise with residents, families, and external professionals as required.
Keep up to date with care sector legislation, policies, and best practices.
