We are expanding our home delivery operation and have exciting opportunities to join our growing team as Delivery Drivers!
As a Delivery Driver, you will ensure the on-time delivery of IKEA goods to customers in the local area while delivering a high level of service.
What We Offer
1. The start date of employment will be: June 2025.
2. This role offers a salary of £31,629 per annum, pro-rata.
3. Full-time: 43.2 hours per week, 4 days out of 7, including evenings and weekends. Working hours will support the needs of the business.
4. Part-time: 21.6 hours, weekend only, working both Saturday and Sunday each week.

What You’ll Need to Have
* You must have held a Full UK Driver's License for at least 24 months.
* You aim to deliver the best experience, are prepared to problem-solve when needed.
* You take health & safety seriously and are comfortable risk assessing your environment.
* You pay attention to details, especially vehicle checks.
* You are an experienced driver, familiar with GPS and maps.
* You are supportive and willing to assist your team to complete tasks.
What You’ll Be Doing Day to Day
1. Completing vehicle safety checks and taking appropriate action.
2. Loading goods safely and efficiently, ensuring delivery routes match the goods.
3. Delivering goods to customer homes, taking them into a nominated room, and conducting risk assessments.
4. Handling a range of furniture items using safe manual handling practices.
5. Managing the collection and processing of returns in compliance with IKEA's policy.
