An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Chartered Valuation Surveyor to join one of the UK's most respected property consultancies within its established Commercial Valuations team in Cambridge.
This role offers exposure to a diverse range of commercial property valuations across Cambridgeshire and the wider Eastern region, working with a broad client base that includes lenders, investors, public sector organisations, educational institutions and private clients.

The Role
Working as part of an experienced and collaborative valuation team, you will:
Undertake commercial property valuations for loan security, financial reporting, tax and internal decision-making purposes.
Inspect a wide variety of commercial assets across multiple sectors.
Carry out market analysis, comparable research and due diligence investigations.
Prepare detailed valuation reports in accordance with RICS Valuation Standards.
Support the delivery of large-scale valuation projects for public sector and educational clients.
Build and develop client relationships while identifying opportunities to grow the valuation offering across the Eastern region.
Work closely with colleagues across planning, development, rural and wider commercial property teams. About You
MRICS qualified and a Registered Valuer.
Experience within commercial property valuation, either post-qualification or through a strong APC background.
Strong technical knowledge and understanding of valuation methodologies.
Commercially aware with excellent communication and client-facing skills.
Motivated to develop your career within a leading national property consultancy.
