Assistant Coach Athletics (Sprints) 15 per hour Zero Hours Contract About the Role Are you passionate about developing athletes and delivering high-quality coaching sessions? Join NTU Sport as an Assistant Athletics Coach and help drive our sprint squad to success! In this role, you ll support the planning and delivery of our Athletics Sprint programme, working closely with our Lead Coach and performance support teams. You ll coach both group and individual sessions, helping students improve their technical and tactical performance across the BUCS season. You ll be key to developing and guiding our student-athletes through all phases of training. You ll also help shape the selection processes, work alongside club committees, and play a vital role in talent identification and development. This is more than just coaching. You ll be part of a collaborative environment that connects students with strength & conditioning, physio and performance analysis. We ll look to you to help student-athletes balance academic and athletic life, keeping wellbeing at the heart of what you do. We re looking for someone who s enthusiastic, organised, and a great communicator. You should hold a Level 2 coaching qualification and have experience working in performance-focused environments.
