* Assist with the planning, execution and follow up activities of corporate events that meet our company standards and align with our business objectives
* Support with the development of event marketing materials including invitations, agendas and promotional content
* Partner with the wider marketing team to promote events through various channels
* Provide innovative and effective solutions without compromising quality to ensure budget targets are met
* Work with the team to create engaging content for social media, website, blogs and newsletters
* Maintain marketing databases and contact lists
* Handle administrative duties across the marketing department
Qualifications
Ideally the successful candidate will have experience working within a marketing department or a degree in Marketing, Event Management, Communications or related field. You should have a passion and keen interest in event planning, coordination, or marketing.
* Knowledge of digital event tools and platforms (Zoom, Eventbrite, etc.) is a plus
* Strong organisational and time-management skills with a keen attention to detail
* Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
* Ability to multitask and prioritise to work effectively under tight deadlines.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
* Creative mindset with the ability to assist in brainstorming and developing event concepts
* Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment
* A proactive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment
