Responsibilities
Working closely with some of the most respected Partners in the North West, you will handle a broad spectrum of commercial work, including:
* Trading agreements and complex, high‑value projects
* IP and IT contracts
* Data protection, compliance, and outsourcing arrangements
* Joint ventures and strategic alliances
The team's client base includes prominent corporates and FTSE businesses. You will advise across sectors on agreements involving manufacturing, supply chain, procurement, distribution channels, outsourcing, and major international projects.
Qualifications
* Commercial Solicitor with 2-8 years PQE (applications welcomed from all levels above this)
