The Role The firm is looking to appoint a talented Commercial Associate or Senior Associate (2-8 PQE) to join its highly regarded Manchester office, right in the heart of the city. Working closely with some of the most respected Partners in the North West, you will handle a broad spectrum of commercial work, including: Trading agreements and complex, high-value projects IP and IT contracts Data protection, compliance and outsourcing arrangements Joint ventures and strategic alliances The team's client base includes prominent corporates and FTSE businesses, and you will advise across sectors on agreements involving manufacturing, supply and procurement, distribution channels, outsourcing, and major international projects.
