As we expand, we're looking for a motivated, detail driven Mortgage Administrator / Case Manager to join us. This is a rare opportunity to work directly with the Managing Director and become a core part of a business on the rise.
Your Role in the Business
You'll support our clients through their entire mortgage journey, from initial enquiry to mortgage offer and completion. You'll be managing documents, liaising with lenders, updating clients, and ensuring our high standards are upheld throughout the process.
We're not just after a clock in, clock out admin. We want someone who sees this as a career path, who's eager to grow with the business, take ownership of their work, and eventually help lead and train others.
What You'll Be Doing
* Sending application packs and managing document collection through our secure platform
* Uploading documents and case details into our internal software and lender systems
* Liaising with clients, lenders, underwriters and solicitors
* Keeping our software updated to ensure smooth workflows
* Keeping clients informed at every stage of their mortgage journey
* Handling post submission tasks like uploading to lender portals, confirming submission and solicitor follow ups
* Supporting the Managing Director directly on case progression
Who We're Looking For
* Location: Based Pure Offices Farnborough
* Highly organised and proactive
* Strong written and verbal communicator
* Naturally diligent with an eye for detail
* Self motivated and career focused
* Passionate about finance, property or the mortgage industry
* Open to learning and growing into a more senior or leadership role in future
Experience in mortgage administration or financial services is a plus, but not essential if you have the right attitude and a willingness to learn.
