Civils Sales Negotiator
OA Brand is recruiting for a Civils Sales Negotiator to join our client’s highly successful and growing team.
We’re looking for a self-motivated and enthusiastic Civils Sales Negotiator with strong knowledge of the construction industry and proven experience in selling civil engineering materials. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a solid sales track record who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building strong relationships with customers.
Location: Bovingdon, Hemel Hempstead
Hours: 7:30am – 4:30pm, Monday to Friday (office-based). Optional Saturday overtime available, paid at time and a half.
Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
* Identify and act on new civils sales opportunities
* Sell civil engineering and building materials profitably to trade and retail customers
* Provide high standards of customer service
* Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers
* Work collaboratively to meet and exceed targets
* Negotiate confidently at all levels
Skills and Experience
* Extensive knowledge of the construction industry, especially civil engineering materials
* Proven sales experience, ideally within builders’ merchants or construction supply sector
* Strong negotiation and communication skills
* Excellent customer service skills
* Proactive team player with a positive attitude
