This role gives you the chance to lead a team delivering Supported Internships – programmes that combine classroom learning, functional skills, job coaching and real employer placements. The result? Learners gain the confidence and skills to step into meaningful, paid work. You’ll line-manage a Programme Coordinator, who supports Tutors, Job Coaches and Employer Engagement staff. Together, you’ll make sure the programme not only runs smoothly but also inspires learners to achieve their potential.
