Recruiting Coordinator (EMEA)
A global, high-growth organisation is set to release a new opportunity for a Recruiting Coordinator to support high-volume hiring across the EMEA region. This is a fantastic entry point or step-up role within Talent Acquisition.

📅 Contract: 12-month contract (May 2026 – May 2027)
đź’° Rate: ÂŁ17.35 per hour (PAYE)
đź•’ Hours: 40 per week
This role sits within a dynamic TA Experience team and will play a key part in delivering a seamless candidate journey.
🔍 What you’ll be doing:
* Coordinating high volumes of interviews (phone, video, onsite/panel)
* Managing candidate logistics including travel and expenses
* Acting as the main point of contact for candidates, recruiters and hiring managers
* Troubleshooting scheduling challenges in a fast-paced environment
* Maintaining accurate and confidential data within HR systems
* Supporting onboarding and New Hire Orientation sessions
* Ensuring an exceptional candidate experience at every stage
💡 We’re looking for someone who:
* Is highly organised with strong attention to detail
* Communicates confidently with a range of stakeholders
* Can manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
* Is proactive, solutions-focused and professional
* Has experience in coordination, admin, HR or recruitment (nice to have, not essential)
