Summary
We are seeking a Senior Principal Statistical Programmer with expertise in HTA and Pricing and Reimbursement activities. This role involves providing statistical programming solutions to HTA challenges and working closely with International Value & Access and HEOR teams to improve processes for Joint Clinical Assessment in Europe, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
The Senior Principal Statistical Programmer will oversee all statistical programming aspects of studies or projects, act as a strategic partner, ensure compliance with standards and guidelines, and lead quality and process improvements.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead statistical programming activities for clinical studies from phase I to IV.
* Coordinate programming teams and make strategic decisions.
* Manage or supervise internal or external programmers.
* Use skills in HTA, RWE, HEOR, R/Shiny, SAS, and statistics.
* Collaborate on deliverables, timelines, and resource planning.
* Review data structures, ensure standardization, and oversee dataset development.
* Ensure quality and compliance of programming outputs for regulatory and publication purposes.
* Lead process improvements and quality audits.
Required Experience
* Fluent in English with strong negotiation and collaboration skills. BA/BS/MS in relevant fields.
* Proficient in R/R Shiny; Python and SAS are a plus. Experience in data visualization and exploratory analysis.
* Experience with late-phase studies and RWE; training available for strong candidates.
* Experience supporting clinical trials or in pharma, with knowledge of HTA/HEOR preferred.
* Expertise in statistical analysis plans, data standards (CDISC), and regulatory requirements.
