Giving every guest a warm welcome and great first impression

Taking food and drink orders and handling payments
*
Serving hot & cold drinks, including alcohol
*
Keeping the pub clean, safe, and inviting
*
Supporting the management team when needed
*
Delivering excellent service from start to finish
*
Thriving in a high-energy, high-volume environment

Learning new skills and growing your confidence every shift

✅ What we’re looking for

18+ years old (due to licensing laws)
*
Friendly, confident, and a great communicator
*
Organised with good decision-making skills
*

Some knowledge of food, wine, or beer is a bonus

Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
*
Right to work in the UK
Previous experience in a pub or restaurant is great — but not essential.
