The role offers hybrid working with the requirement to attendour Hub in Peasedown St John as well as visiting sites as required.
The Marketingand Communications Officer is a new role and together with the Head ofBusiness Development, you will be responsible for delivering a marketingstrategy to support the development of business growth organisation and willassist in the delivery of an integrated and targeted marketing andcommunications campaign which achieves results.

Main duties of the job
The Marketingand Communications Officer will work with a variety of stakeholdersaccording to the project they are working on at any one time and will helpdeliver an internal communications strategy.
The role will work closely with colleagues across all parts of thebusiness to create content for digital media campaigns as we build our digitalprofile and the role will support the refresh of our brand strategy in order tostrengthen our brand and core messages.

Job responsibilities
Deliver an integrated marketing strategy for the business: Lead thedevelopment of a marketing strategy which is focused on supporting theorganisation business plan for growth by promoting key service offerings,increasing brand awareness and building relationships with our stakeholders.
Digital marketing support: Lead on theexecution of a comprehensive digital marketing plan which is tailored to thehealthcare industry, including lead generation and customer engagement.
Content Creation: Help driveand oversee the creation of high-quality and engaging content for theorganisation website and social media pages, and internal email newsletters,ensuring alignment with brand messaging and industry standards.
Social Media Management: Manage andoptimise the company's social media presence, including community engagementand performance analysis to assist with increasing awareness of specificservices.
Search Engine Optimisation and Search Engine Marketing: Manage the relationship with the organisation who is appointed todrive optimisation of the organisation website and focus on strategic keywordresearch, website optimization and pay-per-click advertising campaigns toimprove search engine rankings.
Internal marketing communications plan: as part of the marketing strategy, help produce an internalmarketing plan which recognises the challenges that come with theorganisational structure and builds on the opportunities to address gaps anduses tools to engage effectively with all staff.
Email Marketing: Whenrequired, develop targeted email marketing campaigns to nurture stakeholderrelationships, promote services, and develop new customer relationships.
Analytics and Reporting: Monitor andmeasure the effectiveness of marketing performance (KPIs), track campaignperformance and analyse data insights to measure ROI on marketing spend,identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations for continuousimprovement.
Compliance and Regulations: Ensure alldigital marketing activities comply with healthcare industry regulations andguidelines and meet the requirements of the Caldicot Guardian, including HIPAAand GDPR, to maintain patient confidentiality and privacy.
Continuous Learning: Stay abreastof the latest trends in digital marketing and best practices for healthcare inorder to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge in the market.

Essential
1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
2. Exceptional communication, inter personal and project management skills.
3. A creative thinker with a passion for driving business growth through digital innovation..

4. Experienced in digital marketing campaigns

5. Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a marketing, communications or related field.
6. Able to demonstrate an understanding of integrated marketing and what is needed to develop branding strategies within a business.

7. Experience of working in a healthcare setting, either in private healthcare or NHS.

8. Thorough understanding of digital marketing and the associated tools and platforms, including social media management and email marketing, SEO and analytics.
9. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, derive insights, and make data-driven decisions.
10. Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise task and lead a number of projects simultaneously.
11. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
