We are looking to appoint an Attendance & Safeguarding Officer to work alongside our Inclusion Lead in our popular two‑form entry Catholic primary school.
The governors would like to receive applications from those who are keen to support our strong Catholic ethos and who believe that every child deserves the opportunity to thrive.
The Attendance & Safeguarding Officer is a senior support staff role and is a vital link between pupils, families and the school community.
They will combine empathy with diligence, using their skills to identify barriers to attendance, address safeguarding concerns, and create a culture where every child feels safe and motivated to learn.
The successful candidate will have experience of working in a school, youth work or safeguarding role and will have a good understanding of attendance and safeguarding best practice.
