An Associate Director Building Surveyor is required for a London-based consultancy delivering Building Surveying, project and professional services across commercial property assets. The role offers a salary of £80,000–£95,000+ plus an annual bonus of up to 18%, on a Permanent, Full-time basis with highly flexible working arrangements and substantial autonomy.
Responsibilities
* Lead major Building Surveying commissions across commercial property portfolios
* Direct technical due diligence, dilapidations and professional consultancy instructions
* Manage refurbishment and fit-out projects as Contract Administrator, Project Manager and Employer’s Agent
* Develop senior client relationships and secure new consultancy instructions
* Lead team performance, technical standards and service growth initiatives
Requirements
* Degree in Building Surveying or related discipline
* MRICS qualification
* Significant post-qualification consultancy experience
* Experience leading surveying teams and managing client relationships
* Strong knowledge of JCT and/or NEC contracts with commercial property expertise
Salary & Package
* £80,000–£95,000+ basic salary
