Planning & Scheduling: Assist in developing and maintaining project schedules using tools like Primavera P6 or MS Project. Support schedule updates, progress tracking, and forecasting.
Cost Control: Help monitor project budgets, actuals, and forecasts. Assist in variance analysis and cost reporting.
Reporting & Analysis: Prepare weekly/monthly project performance reports. Support Earned Value Management (EVM) and KPI tracking.
Risk & Change Management: Contribute to risk register updates and change control logs. Participate in lessons learned and project close-out activities.

To be successful in this role you will:
1. Be currently enrolled or recently graduated in a Bachelors’ or Masters’ level degree in Business studies/management, Economics, Maths
2. Have maintained a GPA grade greater than or equal to 3.0 out of 4.0 or the equivalent in your country
3. Have strong numerical and analytical ability – comfortable working with data, spreadsheets, and performance metrics.
4. Basic understanding of project management principles – ideally familiar with concepts like scheduling, budgeting, and risk.
5. Proficiency in MS Excel – including formulas, pivot tables, and charts.
6. Be fluent in oral and written English and have effective communication skills
