Investment Banking Executive (M&A & Equity Fundraising)
An independent investment banking advisory is seeking an experienced Investment Banking Executive to strengthen its execution capability.
The firm advises on mid-market M&A and equity fundraising transactions, typically between £40m–£100m, with exposure to larger deals.
Key Responsibilities:
* Leading and managing end-to-end M&A and fundraising processes
* Preparing financial models and transaction materials
* Coordinating due diligence and external advisers
* Acting as a client-facing representative
* Supporting junior team members
Requirements:
* Proven experience in M&A or corporate finance
* Track record of closing mid-market transactions
* Strong financial modelling and commercial judgement
* Ability to operate independently within a small team
