You'll need to:
* pass enhanced DBS background check
* have a paediatric first aid certificate (or willingness to complete)
Day-to-day tasks
In this role you would:
* arrange task lists and job roles
* organise and promote special events
* assist recruitment, scheduling and manage staff
* control budgets and monitor performance targets for your centre
* take responsibility for health and safety
* engage and handle disputes with customers
* included duties as a keyholder
* engage with the team and support them in their development
* identify areas of improvement within the team and the business
* provide additional training to team members on their training plan
* quality assurance checks on staff work
* inspecting and reporting on company equipment
