Female Personal Assistant required to support female aged 61 yrs, up to 16 hours

I have multiple chronic conditions, limited mobility. I have a younger head in an older body.
Hours UP TO 16 hours a week. £13 per hour Pre arranged a month in advance. Not Monday or Friday or Sunday, unless that changes. Mornings but not too early. Various days arranged in advance to suit us both. To include social time, to support me doing hobbies, shopping etc, Crafting workshops, as part of my 6 hours for social allocated hours.
Duties - various but including some of these at different times depending on my needs. Sometimes to assist with personal care when I am unable to move at times. Shower help if required. I have a wet room. Help with hair, blow dry and upper body dressing. Socks and shoes at times. Make the bed/change the bed as required (weekly). Put washing on the airer and fold up if necessary. Carry things for me, to my mobility car or garden, to one room or another. Help with putting my mobility scooter up or down if needed. Tidy sofas, pick up dropped things. Things I can not do or reach. I have limited upper body reach. Help with preparing vegetables opening jars packaging. Medication reminders.
Additional Requirements/Information
Prefer someone who has worked in a care setting, empathetic and an understanding of depressive disorders. Someone with a good sense of humour. Also I don’t like people rushing around due to balance and cognitive issues. Some memory problems (not dementia).
I have a motability car so unless you live in the West Pelton area a car driver would be useful. I have a great cleaner so no cleaning is required as such just a tidy up if needed. Possibly popping to local shops with me as I can’t do my scooter. Other shopping trips out too. Help with craft workshops, that I enjoy. Other help as required. Light duties
DBS check is required (cost will be covered by the employer). Current employer references too.
Very important I have 2 small dogs, So a dog friendly person is essential. I need someone who is not going to expect me to put the dogs in another room. They live here and have free run of the house. They get excited for a few minutes then settle. The older dog is usually with another family member. I get extremely anxious when people are intolerant of my dogs. I am working on training the young dog but it is a work in progress.
You need to be able to let me live my life as I like, chaotic in my head at times. I take a while to process things. So you will need to have an understanding of mental health.
