Job Title: Area Sales Manager Masonry Support Systems
Responsibilities
* Sell a high quality range of masonry support systems (e.g., wall ties, wind posts, lintels, cavity tray, brick soffit systems) to tier 1 contractors, sub-contractors, brickwork contractors, architects and engineers.
* Spend majority of time generating new business and developing new accounts.
* Target turnover of circa £1m–£2m depending on experience.
* Work within the North region (Birmingham through the M62 corridor) with potential base near that area.
Qualifications and Experience
* Must have sold a structural building product such as insulation, cladding, facades, concrete, fixings, support systems, masonry, lintels, wall ties, wind posts, tension bars, steel beams, concrete reinforcement, roof/floor systems, or related products.
* Experience selling to structural engineers, architects, brickwork contractors and main contractors.
* Possess a black book of contacts within the industry.
* Ability to generate new business and build relationships across specifications and procurement channels.
* Personable, team player, driven and enthusiastic.
