Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized Administrative Assistant to support daily business operations and provide essential administrative support across multiple departments. This role requires flexibility, attention to detail, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
* Perform general administrative duties, including scheduling, filing, and document preparation.
* Answer phones, route calls, and respond to customer inquiries with professionalism (mostly via email).
* Assist with data entry, order processing, and record keeping.
* Coordinate with purchasing, engineering, and production teams to ensure smooth workflow.
* Prepare reports, meeting notes, and other correspondence as needed.
Qualifications
* Previous administrative or office support experience (manufacturing or industrial setting preferred).
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle shifting priorities.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); familiarity with ERP/MRP systems is a plus.
* Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
* Experience using QuickBooks is a plus.

Additional Details

* Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (M-F); one hour for lunch, typically starting at noon.
