** Head of Order to Cash (O2C) / Order to Cash (O2C) Transformation Leader **

Eutopia Search are partnering with well-known Listed business, who are looking to appoint an experienced O2C Leader.
This exciting opportunity has arisen at a time of exciting change, growth and transformation. During this long term appointment, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end O2C operations within a multi entity company, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and alignment with business goals.
Lead root-cause elimination of billing delays and control failures driving unbilled debt. Design and implement sustainable, standardised processes that prevent re-accumulation of backlog. Implement new processes leveraging IT to make this a smoother and accurate flow.
Key Responsibilities
* Diagnose drivers of historic unbilled debt accumulation.
* Map end-to-end billing workflow across major client accounts.
* Understand the revenue recognition process with views to improve.
* Introduce Lean / Six Sigma tools to eliminate waste.
* Develop documented SOPs for offshore transition.
* Define control framework and KPIs.
* Support the team of Finance Business Partners to deliver margin improvement via accuracy.
* Produce quality dashboard for Finance Director.
* Manage a team of 7 people (3 managers)
Experience Required
* Experienced O2C Leader, managing and motivating a team.
* Proven experience in complex O2C functions, with deep knowledge of the full O2C process.
* Strong leadership and people management skills, with a proven ability to inspire and motivate diverse teams, build effective relationships across finance functions, and communicate clearly with stakeholders at all levels.
* Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills to optimise processes and drive improvements.
* Advanced analytical skills to interpret financial data, identify trends, and support data-driven decisions.
* Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and Power BI, for reporting and analysis.
