To ensure the daily smooth running of the practice's computer systems and to develop clinical and other software installations as required.
Main responsibilities:
· On-line access administration (including ID checking and online visibility), to include proxy requests. Be point of contact for care home proxy users
· Investigate and resolve problems in the day-to-day use of computers, printers and other IT related equipment supported by the Practice Manager
· Run and manage the EMIS diary recall system to ensure patients are receiving correct care in appropriate times.
· Working closely with Practice and Operational Manager to create clinical rotas and add to EMIS in timely manner
* To be the first point of contact with the helpdesks of the clinical and other system suppliers to be supported by the Operational Administrator
* Identify areas for development and enhancement of the clinical and other systems to ensure both ease of use and optimum data quality to be supported by the management team
* Design and run searches and reports as defined by the partners and/or the practice manager
* To become the practice expert in all aspects of the clinical system and be able to train other users, both clinical and non-clinical, in the best use of the system
* Report any significant events relating to the IT systems to the Operational Manager
* Assist the practice manager in the ongoing development and implementation of the practice's IT strategy

· Adding clinics to EMIS
· Managing diary recalls
· Ability to assist Practice emails
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: £12.86-£15.89 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 25 per week
