What will you be doing?
You’ll be supporting the delivery of data-focused projects, including:
1. Preparing scheme data for buy-in/buy-out transactions
2. Assisting with GMP reconciliation/rectification and equalisation exercises
3. Supporting data readiness for the Pensions Dashboard and other regulatory initiatives
4. Helping with benefit audits and data cleansing activities
5. Contributing to new business transitions and onboarding processes
6. Collaborating with internal administration teams and external clients to ensure data accuracy and completeness
What skills and experience are we looking for?
7. An understanding of Defined Benefit pension schemes
8. Experience in pensions administration and data handling (or a keen interest in developing these skills)
9. Ability to manage tasks and meet deadlines with support from senior team members
10. Interest in learning bulk calculation methodology and data transformation techniques
11. Strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
12. A proactive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment
13. Able to work within agreed budgets and scopes, subject to suitable support from senior members of the team
14. Working towards APMI or other PMI related qualifications
