Overview
Windsor Forest Colleges Group is looking for an Industry Placement Advisor to join our Student Services team at Berkshire College of Agriculture on a permanent full-time basis.
This full-time, permanent role is suitable for professionals from diverse industry backgrounds who are passionate about student development and employability. You will work with external employers, including travel to their locations and meeting them at their place of work. A full manual UK driver\'s license is essential; access to your own car is advantageous as the college provides a fleet for official use.
Responsibilities
* Engage with external employers to create and manage industry placement opportunities for students.
* Coordinate visits and meetings with employer partners at their locations.
* Collaborate with the Student Services team to enhance student employability outcomes.
Qualifications
* Full manual UK driving licence is essential.
* Experience from diverse industry backgrounds and a demonstrated commitment to student employability.
* Willingness to travel to employer sites as required.
* Ability to work as part of a team and manage relationships with external partners.
* Successful applicants will be required to undergo an enhanced DBS check and other legally required safeguarding checks.
