Supporting senior chefs with daily kitchen operations

We are looking for a Chef de Partie with:
Previous Chef de Partie or strong Demi Chef de Partie experience within a quality fresh-food environment
A genuine passion for quality food and hospitality
Strong organisational and communication skills
The ability to work well under pressure within a busy kitchen
A positive attitude and eagerness to learn and progress
