We’re recruiting experienced Air Conditioning Maintenance Engineers for long-term night-shift contracts across the London Underground network.
Ongoing work with an established M&E contractor, delivering planned and reactive maintenance on air-conditioning systems within live LU environments.
📍 Location: London Underground Network
🌙 Hours: Night shifts (22:00–04:30)
📆 Contract: Long-term / ongoing
💷 Rates: Subject to experience
Requirements:
✔ Essential: Proven London Underground experience
✔ Valid F-Gas certification (only mandatory qualification)
✔ Strong fault-finding and maintenance experience
✔ Experience with PPMs and reactive works
✔ Rail-safe, reliable, and comfortable working night shifts
Responsibilities:
🔹 Planned preventative maintenance (PPMs)
🔹 Fault finding, diagnostics & repairs
🔹 Reactive maintenance on AC systems
🔹 Completing maintenance reports and documentation
🔹 Working to drawings, RAMS & LU safety procedures
