Job Description
A Legal 500-ranked law firm, following the recent opening of its new Stoke-on-Trent office, is seeking an Employment Partner to join its growing team.
The Role
You will lead and develop the employment law offering, advising a diverse client base on both contentious and non-contentious employment matters. This includes tribunal litigation, advisory work, restructures, TUPE, and strategic HR support. The role offers a high level of client contact, autonomy, and the opportunity to contribute to business development and team growth across the firm.
About You
Qualified Solicitor with significant PQE in employment lawProven experience operating at Partner level or as a Senior Associate ready for partnershipStrong background in both respondent and claimant employment mattersDemonstrable business development and client relationship management skillsConfident leader with a commercial, client-focused approach
