Key Responsibilities:
* Introduce and develop strategic solutions for Financial Services Clients.
* Understand the specific industry challenges, systems and landscapes, positioning, use cases, areas of opportunity, and sales tactics.
* Drive account planning, including formulating a well-defined roadmap or necessary precursor activities.
* Generate a robust pipeline by leveraging self-originated leads and collaborating with License Sales, Delivery, and Customer Success teams across Salesforce.
* Develop trusted Professional Services propositions for existing clients and prospects.
* Utilise financial services industry expertise and business acumen to comprehend client motivations, business drivers/challenges, strategic goals, objectives, and desired outcomes.
* Engage and present to clients, particularly at the C-Level, employing a consultative selling approach.
* Create a compelling vision and effectively communicate ground-breaking solutions.
* Develop and lead a territory plan and tailored account plans for each client.
* Provide accurate and timely forecasts, build a strong pipeline, and progress opportunities to achieve year-on-year revenue growth for the company.
* Establish mutually agreed and aligned closing plans, and drive execution to achieve closed bookings.
* Be a recognised role model for collaboration, understanding, and delivering exceptional business results.
Requirements:
* Sales Background: Strong background in professional sales or a combination of consultative sales and project delivery experience.
* Strong experience in winning new logos within the Financial Services industry.
* Visioning and Value Assessment: Experience collaborating with customers through a visioning process, evaluating business value outcomes, and formulating plans to realise that value.
* Business Value Pitching and Negotiation: Proficient in delivering pitches that emphasise business value and effectively negotiate terms.
* Empowered Decision-Making: Capable of exercising empowered judgment to achieve results aligning with company goals.
* Deal Closure and Relationship Building: Recognise the significance of timing in closing deals and building trust in client relationships.
* Result-oriented and a self-starter.
* Experience: Prior experience in selling Salesforce consultative services. Extensive experience in selling to enterprise clients involving complex Digital Transformations.
* Salesforce Ecosystem Experience is required. Ideally Salesforce Commerce.
