About the Role: As a Housing Support Practitioner, you will be based at a supported accommodation facility in Enniskillen. You will provide vital assistance to young individuals (aged 16-21) who are homeless or at risk of homelessness. Your goal is to help these young people manage their daily lives, access specialised services, and prepare for a successful, independent future. Key Responsibilities: Work with vulnerable young people individually or in small groups. Liaise with internal teams and external organisations to ensure the best outcomes for residents. Record progress and adjust support plans to ensure goals are met. Support and mentor fellow team members to maintain high standards of care. Requirements: We are looking for a dedicated professional who is passionate about youth advocacy. To be successful, you will need: Extensive experience working with vulnerable young people (16-21) in a formal setting. Diploma Level 3 or above in Youth Work, Social Care, or a related field. NISCC Registration (or a willingness to register immediately). Ability to work a 24/7 rota, including evenings, nights, and weekends. Strong written and verbal skills, alongside proficient IT skills.
