A bit about the job:
You’ll help design and deliver solutions that reduce financial risk for defined benefit pension schemes. Working closely with colleagues across Aviva, you’ll support high-value transactions that bring real value to our clients and our business. You’ll be part of a collaborative, multi-disciplinary team where your ideas and insights will help shape outcomes.
Skills and experience we’re looking for:
* Actuarial student or nearly qualified, with strong exam progress or equivalent technical experience
* Solid understanding of UK defined benefit pensions and legislation
* Experience in actuarial cash flow modelling and sense-checking results
* Bulk annuity modelling experience is a plus
* Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical ideas clearly
What you’ll get for this role:
* Starting salary between £45,000 and £55,000 (depending on location, skills, and experience)
* Bonus opportunity up to 8% of annual salary
