You'll be part of a professional construction team helping to build a state-of-the-art facility. Your responsibilities will include:
* Direct and control vehicle movements safely in high-risk or congested areas
* Use approved hand signals and communication methods to guide drivers manoeuvring vehicles
* Maintain a safe distance between vehicles, pedestrians, and work activities
* Ensure site traffic management plans are followed at all times
* Monitor access and egress points to control the flow of traffic on and off site
* Communicate clearly with drivers, plant operators, and site personnel
What you'll need to succeed
Proven experience working as a traffic marshall on construction sites. An in-person valid in-date NPORS Card is a must. Full PPE and a strong awareness of site safety. Strong candidates will be reliable, punctual and have a proactive approach to any task given to them. Good construction reference is required.
