Children's Services Practice Manager Location: East Sussex Salary: £50,623 - £54,978 per annum Contract: Full-time, permanent An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Practice Manager to lead on quality assurance and supported accommodation for young people. You'll manage placement quality, compliance, and performance, providing expert consultation and leadership to ensure the best outcomes for children. Key responsibilities include: Communicating effectively in complex and challenging circumstances to secure appropriate placements. Collating and analysing information to inform service delivery. Providing expert practice consultation, industry insight, and regulatory guidance. Applying housing legislation to ensure effective placements. Promoting evidence-based practice and continuous improvement. Leading staff supervision and professional development.
