Our team thrives on innovation, collaboration, and technical excellence, and we're now looking for a Senior Implementation Engineer to help drive success in our Software-Defined Data Centre (SDDC) practice. Your RoleAs a Senior Implementation Engineer - SDDC, you'll play a pivotal role in deploying and supporting Broadcom SDDC technologies including VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF), NSX, vSphere, VSAN, and Aria Suite. You'll lead technical implementations, mentor junior engineers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact solutions. This role is based in Ireland (Belfast, Dublin, or Limerick) and offers hybrid working (1-2 days in the office per week). What You Need to Succeed Experience: Minimum 5 years in IT implementation, ideally within professional services, with proven expertise in Broadcom SDDC technologies. Technical Skills: Hands-on deployment of VCF (4.x-5.x), NSX, vSphere, VSAN, and Aria Suite. SME-level expertise in at least one of these platforms. Additional Knowledge: Familiarity with VMware HCX, vCloud Director, SRM, AVI, and Nutanix is a plus. Certifications: VMware Certified Professional required; Advanced Professional desirable. Soft Skills: Strong communication, documentation, and problem-solving abilities. Comfortable working independently and as part of a team. Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field. What You Will Do in Return Lead SDDC project implementations and mentor junior engineers. Collaborate with Solution Architects and Technical Leads in design and delivery. Provide SME input during pre-sales engagements. Deliver high-quality documentation and ensure smooth operational handovers. Expand your expertise into other SDDC and HCI platforms over time.
