In this varied role, you’ll be the first point of contact for visitors, delivering excellent customer service and ensuring everyone has a positive experience. You’ll confidently assist customers with enquiries, help them access library resources, and provide support with everyday PC and digital queries. You’ll also play a key part in planning and delivering engaging events and activities for all ages—from workshops and reading groups to community sessions—helping bring the library to life.
