Front of House Assistants (ushers) work as part of the Front of House (FOH) team to ensure the smooth operation of the venues before, during and after shows. The role will require an ability to work well within a large team and be aware of expected movements of audiences and performers, facilitating the fast turnaround between shows and be the face of Assembly. We operate 5 venue hubs so need a large team of strong customer focused and team members who are confident working with the public, are bright, bubbly and approachable. Roles are available in Edinburgh from mid to end July and roll through until the end of August to cover the Fringe Festival and other events that we operate across the summer. Roles are paid the Real Living Wage at a minimum of £13.45 per hour, paid fortnightly in arrears. Staff are required to be 18 due to the licensed nature of our sites, and have a legal right to work in the UK, no Visas are able to be offered for these roles.
