Job Description
* Manage the front desk by greeting visitors and directing them appropriately.
* Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence efficiently and professionally.
* Maintain a tidy and organised reception area at all times.
* Schedule appointments and coordinate meeting room bookings as needed.
* Provide administrative support to the wider team, including document preparation and filing.
* Monitor and order office supplies to ensure the smooth operation of the office.
* Assist with incoming and outgoing mail, including courier services.
* Handle ad hoc tasks and responsibilities as directed by management.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Receptionist should have:
* Previous experience in a similar reception or front-of-house role, ideally within the Property industry.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a professional demeanour.
* Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
* A customer-focused mindset, with the ability to handle queries effectively.
* Self-motivation and a proactive approach to tasks.
