This is an exciting time to join this organisation as they continue to grow and develop their facilities team. The client is based within Belfast city centre with attractive amenities and parking on site. The role of Facilities Executive is a varied role with no two days the same. The main responsibilities involve maintaining facilities and surrounding areas, ensuring periodic cleaning and upkeep. You will provide essential security support where necessary, assisting with deliveries, porterage, and transportation. Adhering to Health and Safety protocols is a vital part of this role. The right person for this role will ideally have previous experience working in a similar position. You will enjoy the physical aspect this role presents and consider yourself equally adaptable and organised. Communication is key for this role. Previous facilities/operations experience is desired but not essential. This package for this role includes a competitive salary of £27000-£28000, on-site parking and a city centre location. This is a full-time role that benefits from an early finish with working hours 6am-2pm on weekdays, with occasional Saturday shifts.
