Main duties of the job
Assist users of IT and clinical systems by providing support, improving patient care, enhancing data quality, and aiding the digital communications team.
Eligibility
Only current Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board staff may apply. The ability to speak Welsh is desirable; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome.
Essential criteria
* Educated to Degree level or equivalent level of work experience and knowledge.
* Experience of working in an NHS, social care, or voluntary sector setting.
* Experience in the support of software solutions.
* Participation in change management projects.
* Problem identification and solving.
Desirable criteria
* Foundation Certificate in IT service management.
* Knowledge of application management.
* Experience of managing significant change.
* Ability to speak Welsh.
