My client, a design led growing house buider, are currently seeking a Technical Manager. The Technical Manager will support the wider Group, working closely with Construction, Commercial, Design, Planning and Sales teams. The role is responsible for the accurate, timely delivery of architectural and technical information across all project stages. You will play a key role in ensuring that all technical outputs align with the house builders standards of quality, sustainability and buildability, across bespoke homes, luxury developments and specialist construction projects.
