Overview
A leading UK tier-one civil engineering contractor is seeking an experienced Site Agent to support delivery of major infrastructure and environmental improvement schemes across Devon and Cornwall.
Location: Devon, South West England. Contract: Long-term contract (5-year framework projects).
Responsibilities
* Managing project documentation, programmes and reporting.
* Supporting pre-construction activities and early project planning.
* Leading and coordinating Ground Investigation (GI) works.
* Liaising with design teams, subcontractors and stakeholders.
* Ensuring works are delivered safely and in line with programme and quality standards.
Requirements
* Proven experience as a Site Agent on civil engineering projects.
* Strong document control and technical writing skills.
* Experience with environmental agency, flood defence or water infrastructure projects.
* Knowledge of pre-construction processes and site delivery.
Projects Include
* Pumping station upgrades.
* Flood defence and tidal infrastructure.
* Dam and water management schemes.
