What You’ll Be Doing * Lead commercial management across multiple projects * Produce accurate cost reports, forecasts and commercial advice * Manage your own projects independently * Oversee procurement, subcontractor management and change control * Support 2-stage tenders and framework schemes * Work closely with project teams to ensure commercial targets are met * Build strong relationships with clients, consultants and internal teams What We’re Looking For * Tier 1 main contractor experience (essential) * DfE project experience on schemes £20m–£70m (essential) * Strong background managing your own projects * Experience with 2-stage procurement * Good understanding of construction methods and sequencing * HNC/Degree in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management * RICS membership (or working towards) is ...
